Winners are selected using a certified random number generator (RNG) during a live draw broadcast on our Facebook page. The process is witnessed by an independent auditor and recorded for transparency.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, our secure payment processor. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Cash prizes are transferred within 14 days of the draw. Physical prizes (cars, properties) are arranged within 30 days. We cover all transfer and delivery costs.

In the UK, prize competition winnings are generally not subject to income tax. However, we recommend consulting a financial adviser for significant prizes. We provide a financial planning session for prizes over £100,000.

Each draw includes a knowledge-based question that must be answered correctly before you can enter. The questions are designed to require genuine skill or knowledge — not guesswork. Only correct answers proceed to the draw.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. After this period, entries are non-refundable as they are entered into the draw immediately.

All draws are conducted live on Facebook, use a certified RNG, and are witnessed by an independent auditor. We publish total entry numbers before each draw and the winning entry number afterwards.

You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United Kingdom. Employees of SuperDraw Ltd, their families, and anyone involved in administering the draw are excluded.

We commit a fixed donation to our charity partner for each draw, regardless of how many entries are sold. Donation amounts are stated on each draw page.
