1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in prize competitions ("Competitions") operated by SuperDraw Ltd ("SuperDraw", "we", "us", "our") via the website superdraw.co.uk ("Website"). By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2. You must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom.

2.3. Employees of SuperDraw Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the creation or administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.

2.4. We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at any time.

3. Competition Structure

3.1. SuperDraw operates prize competitions as defined by the Gambling Act 2005. Competitions require entrants to demonstrate skill, judgement or knowledge by correctly answering a qualifying question.

3.2. Only entries with a correct answer to the skill question will be entered into the draw.

3.3. Each Competition has a specified closing date and time, a maximum number of entries, and a stated prize.

3.4. A guaranteed winner will be selected for each Competition.

4. How to Enter (Paid)

4.1. Select the Competition you wish to enter on the Website.

4.2. Answer the skill question correctly.

4.3. Select the number of entries you wish to purchase and complete payment via our secure Stripe checkout.

4.4. You will receive a confirmation email with your entry details.

4.5. The price per entry is stated on each Competition page. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Free Entry Route

5.1. In accordance with the Gambling Act 2005, a free postal entry route is available for every Competition. See our Free Entry page for full details.

5.2. Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

5.3. Free entries are limited to one per person per Competition per calendar week.

6. The Draw

6.1. Draws will be conducted on the date stated on the Competition page.

6.2. Draws are conducted live on our official Facebook page using a certified random number generator (RNG).

6.3. The draw is witnessed by an independent auditor and recorded.

6.4. The winning entry number will be published on the Website and social media channels within 24 hours of the draw.

6.5. In the unlikely event a draw needs to be rescheduled, we will notify entrants via email and publish the new date on the Website.

7. Prizes

7.1. Prizes are as described on the relevant Competition page.

7.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated.

7.3. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 14 days of the draw.

7.4. Physical prizes (vehicles, properties) will be transferred within 30 days. We cover all transfer, delivery, and associated costs.

7.5. Winners are responsible for any ongoing costs (insurance, maintenance, council tax, etc.) after prize delivery.

7.6. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner Notification

8.1. Winners will be contacted via email and/or telephone within 48 hours of the draw.

8.2. Winners must respond within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8.3. Winners may choose to remain anonymous.

8.4. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (photographs, testimonials). This is optional.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

9.1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase.

9.2. After the 14-day cooling-off period, entries are non-refundable as they are entered into the draw pool.

9.3. If a Competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2. Our total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the amount paid for entries in the relevant Competition.

10.3. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected postal entries.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

12. Responsible Participation

12.1. Please enter responsibly. Set a budget and stick to it.

13. General

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website.

13.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
